Cancellation terms.

To make sure you can enjoy your stay as much as possible, we've summarised the practical side of things in these general terms and conditions.

Deposit upon reservation

Your booking is confirmed once a deposit of at least 50% has been paid. If you book less than 4 weeks before arrival, you pay the full amount immediately.

Additional costs

Costs for meals and drinks (except breakfast) are not included in the room price and are paid upon departure, in Hungarian forint (HUF) or euros.

Cancellation

You must notify us of a cancellation in writing (by email). You will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours; a cancellation is only valid once we have confirmed it in writing. Cancellation costs are at least €25.

Refund of the deposit

• More than 90 days before arrival: 75% is refunded
• More than 60 days before arrival: 60% is refunded
• More than 30 days before arrival: 40% is refunded
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

Please note: there is no refund in case of early departure.
